We were pleased to be invited to an insightful evening hosted by the Department for Education, featuring a productive discussion with the Education Secretary, Bridget Phillipson. It’s crucial that we, as educators and stakeholders, contribute to conversations about our schools and students. Collaboration is key to creating an inclusive future for every pupil. By working together, we can break down barriers and ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed and thrive in a supportive educational environment. Thank you to our CEO, Annamarie Hassall MBE, and Head of Whole School SEND, Amanda Wright, for your ongoing commitment to this important cause. Let’s continue to drive positive change in education, together! #Education #Inclusion #Collaboration #FutureOfEducation #BreakingBarriers Whole School SEND

As we welcome our new Secretary of State for Education, Bridget Phillipson, we are encouraged by the words she has shared in her open letter to the education workforce. In it, Minister Phillipson acknowledges the hard work that goes into supporting learners and their families, and the essential role we play in achieving change across the country. As a first step to achieving this change, she has invited the workforce to join her for a live event at 4pm on Tuesday 16 July. As well as sharing her vision, the Minister is keen to hear directly from the people she views as "key to breaking down the barriers and improving life chances for every child". We are committed to supporting positive change and - in the true spirit of partnership - providing constructive challenge when required, as we have done with all governments for over 30 years. We look forward to working closely together. Read the letter: https://ow.ly/TLXZ50SxPts Join the session: https://ow.ly/SPz550SxPtr
