We're aware that some Samsung TV users are being asked to sign in each time they use the BBC iPlayer TV app. 

We believe that this is happening because data storage isn't enabled on the TV.

If affected, please enable data storage on your TV by going to your TV Settings > Broadcasting > Expert Settings > HbbTV Settings.

Also ensure that Do Not Track and Private Browsing are off, if applicable. 

If data storage is enabled on your TV but you're still asked to sign in each time, please get in touch and tell us your TV model number, System/firmware version and BBC iPlayer System Information.
