Marc Chesover

President, CEO

As President and CEO of DTN, Marc Chesover is responsible for leading the company’s growth and delivery of operational intelligence worldwide. Marc is a champion of innovation and global talent development, advocating for creativity and collaboration, as well as the development and deployment of DTN talent to help expand the company’s capabilities and improve its competitive position.

He is an accomplished business leader with more than two decades of experience in software and technology throughout Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific with SAP, HCL and PROS. He became President and CEO of DTN in 2020, after serving as President and Chief Revenue Officer for DTN Europe and formerly MeteoGroup.

Marc is a strong advocate for diversity in the technology sector and is passionate about building the next generation of leaders. He serves on the boards of Africa Weather, DTN and Weatherzone.

He is a graduate of King’s College in London, England.

Doug Bennett

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Doug Bennett leads a team dedicated to shaping the company’s future business priorities and driving accelerated revenue growth for DTN. He and his team drive the prioritization, planning and execution of enterprise investments and large-scale transformations across the business sectors and manages all inorganic corporate development activities for DTN.

He has extensive experience commercializing data and analytics through digital and advisory solutions. Prior to DTN, he spent 25 years delivering insights, SaaS, and business intelligence solutions to the consumer package goods industry. Doug has held executive leadership positions within Acosta Sales and Marketing and Nielsen after beginning his career with Accenture.

Doug is a frequent industry speaker and published author. He remains active with his alma mater, mentoring early career business graduates and enjoys coaching youth athletics.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University and his master’s degree in business from Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University.

Tim Bridges

Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer, Tim Bridges leads the strategy and development of all global commercial activities across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Being customer-centric is a core value of DTN, and as such Tim champions a customer-centered mindset that drives cross-functional teams and expertise to deliver and optimize the best solutions for our customers.

He has deep experience driving large scale strategic and operational projects for top line growth across acquisition, integration, and transformation teams, including his prior role at DTN as Vice President, Business Transformation. Tim holds a business economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Rohit Chakravarthy

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Rohit Chakravarthy is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of DTN.

Rohit’s expertise includes over 25 years of extensive financial, management, and accounting experience at public and private companies. Prior to DTN, he served as VP Finance at Credo Semiconductor Inc., SVP Finance at Amobee, and in various senior financial leadership roles at other organizations.

He began his career at public accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Anderson, and Ernst & Young. Rohit is a certified public accountant and a chartered accountant from India. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras.

Lars Ewe

Chief Product & Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Lars Ewe sets the strategic direction for the innovation, data science and technology behind the DTN insight delivery to customers and partners worldwide.

He has more than 25 years of enterprise solutions experience working in organizations that have explored the cutting edge of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and analytics. Prior to DTN, he was Chief Product Officer and SVP of Engineering for Anaconda.

Lars is a strong proponent of agile development to build scalable systems with the flexibility and insights required to help transform large-scale and highly complex businesses. In leading the DTN engineering, product and operation teams working across the globe, he fosters a culture of teamwork and initiative to create high-performing teams.

He is a frequent industry speaker on topics including cyber security, cloud computing and data science.

Lars earned his mechanical engineering degree from Technical University in Munich, Germany.

Nigel Heaney

Chief of Staff

Nigel Heaney is responsible for a wide range of DTN initiatives that support the company’s global strategic goals and ecosystem for success. He reports directly to the President and CEO and works in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team. Nigel has more than 30 years of sales and operations management experience in high-tech companies ranging from start-ups to global organizations. He also served in the Royal Air Force where he studied aircraft avionics and computer science.

Ben Kelly

Chief Administration Officer, Legal & Human Resources

Ben Kelly oversees several critical business functions that support the company’s overall strategy, including global human resources, legal, governance and compliance. Bringing critical skills to the management of multiple entities throughout the world, Ben focuses on protecting DTN business outcomes and empowering the company’s 1,200 employees worldwide to achieve the company’s purpose.

Ben spent the early part of his career working for top city law firms in London specializing in corporate and commercial matters. In 2013, he moved in-house working for a global business in the oil and gas sector before joining MeteoGroup as their General Counsel in 2017. During his career, Ben has played a key role in merger and acquisitions, including the sale of MeteoGroup to TBG and subsequent integration into DTN.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Southampton and the College of Law, London.

Marc Norton

Chief Information Security Officer

Marc Norton is a risk-driven Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a deep background in cybersecurity and engineering. He brings a deep understanding of how to mitigate risks by implementing the necessary security technologies and processes. Prior to joining DTN, Marc served in a variety of cybersecurity and engineering roles at technology companies. These roles included chief security architect, CISO, vice president of products and services and director of platform engineering.

At DTN, Marc is responsible for overseeing the company’s information and data security to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. He brings more than 40 years of experience, has a B.S. in Physics and completed graduate studies in Aerospace Engineering, and holds numerous patents in intrusion detection.

Kelsey Anderson

VP, Human Resources

Kelsey Anderson leads a global team overseeing all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She is a seasoned HR leader with 10 years of experience driving initiatives that support organizational strategy and employee development. Kelsey holds dual degrees: a bachelor's in economics and a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Neal Dholakia

VP, Product and Marketing

Neil Dholakia leads marketing and product management for DTN solutions serving multiple industries and sectors across the globe. His expertise includes over 25 years leading enterprise software, product management, and go-to-market teams in early stage, growth, large enterprise, and private equity organizations. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and holds five patents in enterprise platform applications. For more than 10 years Neil has served as a FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics coach.

Dan Donovan

VP, Customer Experience

Dan Donovan leads the global team responsible for delivering high-quality customer care and elevated customer experience at DTN. He has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies. Dan is active in the Women@DTN employee resource group and volunteers in numerous community initiatives. He holds two degrees in administration and management, earning his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his master’s degree from the University of Florida.

Ken Evans

General Manager, Energy and Refined Fuels

Ken Evans leads the energy and refined fuels business assuring our solutions continue to deliver exceptional value to customers in this sector. He has more than 30 years across the oil and gas industry, including Global Vice President for Oil & Gas at SAP prior to joining DTN. He has been actively engaged in various youth leadership development and leadership positions in his community and church. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado.

Marco Hunstad

General Manager, Agriculture

Marco Hunstad leads strategy and direction for delivering relevant and actionable insights to customers across the agriculture value chain. He leverages his 20+ years of experience in grain monitoring and intensive livestock farming with his passion for developing predictive modeling and applicable technology to help foster digital transformation within the industry. Marco holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and history from the University of Calgary and has founded and led several startups during his career.

Nick Malkiewicz

VP, Engineering

Nick Malkiewicz leads innovation engineering at DTN. He is a multi-faceted technical leader with a 25-year proven track record in quickly achieving desired outcomes through product planning, technology assessment, and engineering management. Nick is the executive sponsor of the DTN Eco Toolkit, which enables operational efficiencies through reusability and facilitates a culture of learning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction from The University of Texas at Austin.

Grey Montgomery

Global Leader, Strategy and Corporate Development

Grey Montgomery leads corporate strategy for DTN, focusing on growth markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has over 25 years of experience in innovation and business leadership roles at business information and digital media companies. Grey is a member of the William Allen White School of Journalism Foundation Board. He holds political science and journalism degrees from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Renny Vandewege

General Manager, Weather and Climate Intelligence

Renny Vandewege leads strategy, vision, and direction for the commercial organization in delivering innovative and relevant solutions for DTN customers. As a meteorologist, he focuses on helping businesses become more resilient to the impact of weather events using actionable intelligence. Renny serves on the PRIMET Board of Directors and has a bachelor's degree in meteorology from Northwest Missouri State University and a master’s degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University.
