They say, 'if you can dream it, you can do it,' and Ankita Singha firmly believes in endless possibilities. She belongs to the beautiful land of red rivers - Assam and has recently completed her master's in Sociology from Mumbai University. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and enjoyed every minute of owning the stage. Her mother is her biggest inspiration, who taught her always to be a go-getter. In her free time, she bakes, happily gets her hands dirty in gardening, and spends meaningful time engaged in dance and acting. Creating awareness around mental health is important to her, and she's a patient listener to people in distress.

I am a strong-headed optimist, positive, a constant learner and a determined soul.

What is your all-time favorite movie or book?

Titanic.

Who is the most influential person in your life?

My mother is the most influential person in my life as she has always inspired me to be a go getter.

What are the three best qualities you possess?

Being patience, compassionate and holding myself accountable.

What is your biggest fear?

Losing the people I love.

Describe your favorite memory of your college life?
My favorite memory of my college days is the break time when I used to rush every single day to the canteen as soon the bell rings to eat egg puffs before it gets over and holding conversations with my close bunch sitting on the college drive.

What was the craziest rumor you ever heard about yourself?

When I got shortlisted for the Dove campaign, there was a rumor I became the face of Dove.

Which public personality would you like to hang out with?
Priyanka Chopra because I have a feeling that we will vibe great!

What is your motto of life?
My motto of life is where there is a will there is a way and practice makes a man perfect.

One thing you miss about your college life amid pandemic?
Being in the college campus with my friends.

What would be your advice for the youth of today?

To practice self-love which will help them to know their self-worth, respect themselves and focus on values so that they can reciprocate the same to others.

What does Campus Princess mean to you?
Campus Princess has been a great opportunity for aspiring models to explore their potentials. For me, it has been a steppingstone to shine and up my game by taking all the learnings through the CP Journey. I also see it as a community where our mentor guides us with values and morals, leading us to take a step to contribute to social service by spreading love and kindness, also all the CP sisters can bring forward their creative views to add value and learn from each other and be the best version of ourselves.

If you were to be granted one wish, what would you ask for?
If I am granted with one wish it would be to do a space travel!
