Winnie Chin, the runner-up of Miss Hong Kong 1981, is embroiled in a tumultuous saga. Amidst a still-pending divorce, she alleges that her estranged husband, Philip Ma, has ignited a romance with Denice Lam, the reigning Miss Hong Kong 2022. This claim adds fuel to an already blazing fire.

At 61, Winnie voices her distress over 30-year-old Denice's frequent visits and stays at the home she continues to share with Philip. This situation, she insists, brings psychological turmoil to their three children, plunging them into a sea of emotional distress.

The financial landscape is equally bleak for Winnie, who reveals that she is grappling with severe financial strains. She accuses Philip of neglecting his duty to provide adequate financial support, leaving her unable to meet her monthly living expenses. Philip, also 61, counters these allegations, asserting his current single status and deeming his dating life as normal.

Denice, with her Hong Kong and English heritage, initially stepped into the Miss Hong Kong pageant arena in 2016 but didn't make it to the top 20. She pivoted to modelling before her triumphant return in 2022, clinching the coveted crown. Now, she shines as an actress under contract with TVB, a leading television broadcasting company.

The couple's once-glamorous union began in 1995. Philip, a renowned racing driver and heir to the founder of Hong Kong's Tai Sang Bank, tied the knot with Winnie, and together, they welcomed three children into their lives. However, the marriage hit the rocks in 2018, reportedly due to Philip's alleged affair with a model—an accusation he has steadfastly denied. The divorce proceedings have since been a battleground of disagreements over asset division and costs, with both parties making multiple court appearances.
