Follow the givens which are clear. Most often, by setting clear systems in place everything else will be taken care of. Make sure when documenting that the client has set expectations of their coaching that is measurable and accountable and have a system that rolls up the 'holistic score' on that weekly basis. Much easier to coach and more effective when data is in place.
