Kann man die Ziele vielleicht erreichen, wenn an der ein oder anderen Stellschraube gedreht wird? Weiß der Chef über alle internen Parameter und Prozesse Bescheid? Diese Fragen müssen beantwortet werden. Manchmal ist hier auch ein Gespräch mit dem Chef nicht zu vermeiden. Wenn man dieses Gespräch gut vorbereitet und mit Fakten belegt, kann dies durchaus positiv sein. Wichtig ist, dass man in dem Gespräch absolut sachlich und aus der Erfahrung und Praxis argumentiert.
