La práctica es la que indica si el personal esta preparado , así que simulacros son indispensables . En mi experiencia los simulacros bajo aviso ,son poco efectivos. Yo recomiendo do simulacros sorpresa en situaciones reales como es en momentos de alta carga de trabajo. Esto resulta complicado por el efecto pero transmite la importancia y a su vez permite observar, aprender y ajustar
