If all else fails, resort to email. Introverts who wouldn’t otherwise want to speak in a F2F may well prefer this option to Zooming into a traditional Teams meeting!

Sollte Plan A nicht funktionieren, dann eben Plan B. Es gibt ja mittlerweile mehrere Möglichkeiten und Tools, sich zu meeten :) So kann man ruhiger und gelassener in das Meeting gehen.
