Per poder reflexionar sobre la pràctica docent és necessari recollir evidències i poder tenir espai i temps de qualitat per poder valorar com ha anat. Si es fa en companyia molt millor, per evitar biaixos. Molts vegades no sabem que podem recollir com "evidencia" més enllà de les tasques que ens entrega l'alumnat. Una cosa que val la pena és enregistrar la classe per analitzar-la després i veure des de fora com actuem com a docents i com actua el nostre alumnat. L'altra és fer una observació entre iguals, on un altre docent fa la funció d'observar la dinàmica de l'aula amb unes premisses pactades prèviament. Això ens dona elements de més qualitat sobre la nostra pràctica i no tant sobre el que fan o no els alumnes.
