Too often these exchanges develop from a he said she said. Which in fact maybe how each individual experienced the incident, unless concrete proof is provided may assist one of the individuals be able to validate the situation. But , if no concrete proof is provided then mediation may be the only way to salvage the employees affected. With this mediation it would be important for the mediator recognize each individuals point of view with respect to the other. I feel only then can these individuals move forward to reconciliation.
