On Friday, Canopy’s VP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer Ben Brown spoke at the Michigan Technology Conference. His presentation covered Canopy’s journey in conceptualizing, developing, and successfully launching a groundbreaking product featuring entirely new hardware and software components and cutting-edge AI capabilities.
As part of our commitment to #internationalwomensday Canopy hosted a series of events throughout the week. We hosted two company wide discussions on how diversity makes teams more innovative and how to make meetings more inclusive, and we asked our teams to share stories around how team members had shown inclusivity in the workplace. In addition, our Women of Canopy Employee Resource Group hosted a two-part workshop on Allyship in the workplace. When we encourage and inspire inclusivity, we all win.
