MassDOT recently hosted a Meet and Greet to our Campus Partners at the District 3 #Worcester Highway Headquarters. The event was designed to showcase our agency and its operations, as well as to provide insight into the career progression from intern to full-time employee. By offering practical experience to students, we aim to equip them with the skills needed to excel in the field, gain hands-on experience and work closely with experienced professionals. During the event, participants had the chance to learn more about the intern roles and projects, interact with MassDOT Engineers and Staff, and explore our innovative District 3 Net Zero Headquarters. Additionally, former interns who are now employees shared their personal experiences and highlighted the benefits of exploring career opportunities at MassDOT.
