Startup Grind: How to design the perfect GTM strategy? 🧠 Focus on Ideal Persona and Product Market Fit: Don't diversify personas until you've found one ideal persona and achieved product-market fit. Make them loyal customers before expanding. 🧠 Optimize Growth Channels: Start with one effective growth channel and make it cost-efficient before expanding to others. Aim to eventually optimize 5-6 channels, but don't diversify too quickly. 🧠 Persona and Channel Matrix: Research and develop a matrix of personas and their connected channels for accurate targeting. Focus on the persona that naturally fits and concentrate efforts on specific demographics or locations if possible. 🧠 Business Model Considerations: Choose between "Free forever" and "free trial" models based on cash flow and product viability.
