We have fully capitalized 14 continuation vehicles in H1 2024, representing over $10B of equity volume. Since January 2022, Jefferies PCA has signed and closed 46 GP-led transactions across $22+ billion of transaction value. This deal highlights our leading position in Business Services in Europe and our TICC sector domain knowledge – this represents the 5th transaction by Jefferies in the TICC sector globally in 2024. Furthermore, it's the 8th transaction for our French platform and the 5th $1 billion+ Single-Asset Continuation Fund capitalized by Jefferies globally in 2024.
