As we kick off Black History Month, we would like to take a moment of gratitude to honor and celebrate those who shaped and impacted the culture throughout our communities and beyond. During this month, we're excited to join together for learning, connecting, and celebrating. We’re partnering with 28 Days of Black History, a daily newsletter series, to learn more about untold and underrepresented stories each day. Following the daily prompts, we created a Slack channel dedicated to daily discussions with everyone following each story. In addition to these discussions, we're hosting weekly "yappy hours" where we can delve deeper into meaningful conversations based on what we've learned throughout the weeks. These initiatives allow space for us all to broaden our minds, explore our biases, and learn about the true impact of Black artists, politicians, authors, speakers, activists, and more through intellectual curiosity. One of our company values we believe in whole-heartedly is Being the Good. This means we act with integrity, humility, and altruism inside and outside our company. We promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in every aspect of our business. We cultivate a safe workplace where everyone feels respected, engaged, and able to reach their full potential. As we head into this time away, I'm extremely thankful for everyone LT Partners and New Engen, Inc. who have worked to make this transition as smooth as possible.
