About us
Truth Initiative is America’s largest nonprofit public health organization dedicated to a future where tobacco and nicotine addiction are things of the past. Our mission is clear: achieve a culture where young people reject smoking, vaping, and nicotine. The uncanny resemblance to ElfBar, one of the most popular e-cigarette brands among teens, and fruity flavors like Watermelon Frost could continue to normalize vaping among youth, serving as a gateway to e-cigarette products that already contain as much nicotine as a carton of combustible cigarettes.
