We wanted to share an unfortunate recruitment scam that we've been made aware of involving Vispero. We've received reports of members receiving a message or email from Alfred Lee, falsely claiming to be a Vispero employee. A screenshot example is included in this post. In the email address he uses "0" instead of "o" in the company name. Here is a helpful resource from LinkedIn to identify scams: https://lnkd.in/g3xD7A8C. Thank you to the members for bringing this to our attention so that we are able to spread awareness of scams like these.

Customer #loyalty is crucial for any organization, including the #restaurant industry. How a restaurant treats customers with #disabilities can significantly affect that loyalty and have a lasting impact on their business. Between February and March 2024, Vispero® and TPGi surveyed over 600 #blind and #low-vision people about their experiences accessing restaurants, including the use of restaurant technology. 92% of blind and low-vision people surveyed stated that they would likely return to a restaurant that has an #accessible customer experience. Here is a quote from the survey: “I’ve never had an accessible dining experience and if I did, I would go back often.
