For a variety of reasons (e.g., privacy, notification volume, a desire to subscribe as an individual after you have left an organization with an Enterprise account) you may want to unbind your Learning profile from your LinkedIn account.
LinkedIn Learning allows you disconnect your Enterprise license from your profile.
To unbind your Learning profile from your LinkedIn account:

Sign in to LinkedIn Learning.

In the top right corner, select Me > Settings.

Under Manage Your Account > Privacy & Settings, click Manage.

Under Account management, click Hibernate account.

Under Hibernate account, you'll see the statement "We can't hibernate your account yet" and a list of several issues blocking you from unbinding your Learning account from your LinkedIn profile. In the last bullet, You have a LinkedIn Learning Enterprise license., select Disconnect Learning account.

Under Disconnect your LinkedIn account from your LinkedIn Learning account provided by your organization, find your profile under Company name and click Disconnect account under Action.
You have hibernated your LinkedIn profile and disconnected it from your Learning Enterprise account.
