Projects

  • Trader Joes

After four years managing the maintenance of the Trader Joes website, I was very excited that they engaged us for a redesign of the entire site. Where once Flash played an integral role in their aesthetic, with the redesign they sought to simplify the design to work across all devices. The responsive website features a blog, 3rd party store locator and robust customer announcement section. As Project Manager, I helped develop wireframes and oversaw their implementation into the design mock-ups.

  • Camgen Music

As part of the General Assembly's Front-End Web Development course, I designed, built and executed the camgenmusic.com website. Working on behalf of a client who built a chord generator platform and needed an informational website, I designed the responsive website by first developing wireframes in UX Pin. Building upon the wireframes, I then created mockups in Photoshop. The site was built using HTML, CSS and Javacript. I shot all photographs used throughout the site as well.

By building a feedback loop where these employers can review the students who work for them, college students are building an online "resume" they can take with them when they graduate. This project required months of developing detailed wireframes and was launched…
