Developed the ROC™ as a strong shared services center with its own workflow and performance metric tracking systems.

      Hire key personnel, facilitates cross-functional collaboration and promotes standardization and best practices across all functional areas.

      Focused on the selection and organization of delivery teams to achieve superior, consistent client satisfaction. Implemented and applied YRCI - University, and Intern programs. As a result, YRCI has been able to grow our own talent and retain a high-performance workforce even in a demanding environment.
