What factors should you consider when measuring Task Completion Rate in Usability Testing?
For disabled people fatigue and time to complete a task are an important measure that is often not calculated. If completing a task takes along time and is exhausting people are likely to not repeat it unless they have no choice. Task completing can then impact their ability to complete other unrelated tasks as they recuperate.

What are some methods for simulating the effects of disabilities in usability testing?
While those creating things should be aware of how a screen reader works - without having a particular disability the person will never be a native user of that technology and won't truly bring an authentic understanding. Screen readers often have complex and layered commands that are designed to work in a specific way - for example, with the keyboard and not the mouse or in a specific sequence. It is best to get the real lived experience of native screen reader users who require the technology in order to access software. To get familiar with a screen reader - learn the commands and use it with a keyboard or if via touch screen via gesture and use it without sight. Use it on a regular basis in different context to do everyday things.

How can you align usability test tasks with the user journey and touchpoints?
It's important to understand the perspectives of diverse users when creating user stories. For example, knowing how a person with a disability will navigate and the technology they use are critical to understanding how their journey may be different than others.
