How can you ensure that everyone on your team is motivated and working towards the same goal?
Don’t assign anything to an employee that you wouldn’t be willing to do yourself. Set an example and let the team know you’re also actively putting work into the end goal even if that means doing tasks and audits that may be “below” your rank. Be hands on. Employees only care as much as their managers do.
