“Marla Oros is the best project manager I have ever had. My agency has used her to implement our nationally recognized, award winning buprenorphine initiative, performed an extensive older adults needs analysis and implemented SBIRT in high schools and in a hospital. All of these projects demanded her to interact with multiple stakeholders and levels within these institutions. All of these projects met and exceeded thier targets and gained my organization credibility and new partners in establishing new systems of care. Health care and system development are complex challenges for jurisdictions, states and the federal government. Her results however, in diverse areas of health care, have been remarkable as she is able to discern the gaps in our public health system and design and implement new programs and services that have proven sustainable. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in strategic planning, design and implementation of services and initiatives across the health care spectrum.
