“Rajesh and I completed many projects together during the course of our MBA program. We were thrown in a group together at the outset, and the positive dynamic of that team (of which Rajesh was a big part) kept us returning to it again and again. I think we completed potentially six different projects together, including our Master's thesis, and its because I know Rajesh to be diligent, thoughtful and engaged. With whatever Rajesh worked on he was always present one hundred percent, giving his best effort and playing a key role for the team and project. Rajesh is among the most reasonable people I've had the pleasure to work with, because he's entirely present in everything he works on he is great not only for brainstorming, but also performing due diligence, fact checking, and reinserting sanity in challenging situations. Rajesh and I didn't always draw the same conclusions at the outset of a project, but he's one of the rare people who actually listens, synthesizes and adapts to new information; because of this our disagreements were never fights, but constructive collaborations to reach the desired and best possible outcome. My greatest regret with the end of our MBA program was no longer having cause to work with people of such character as Rajesh. If you have a chance to work with him, to really engage with him, you will see everything I said and you will be richer for it.”
