Facility Manager profile will contain three categories: (see below)
The managers in all three categories will have 7-15 direct reports.
Manager III (being the most senior) will have a management level of 4 and above and have responsibility for a Region or more than 5 countries. Role has a high level of budget responsibility and decisions have a high impact. Candidate will have 5+ years of management experience.
Manager II will have a management level of 4 and above and have responsibility for a sub-region or 2-5 countries. Budget responsibility is at a medium level and decisions have a medium impact. Candidate will have 3+ years of management experience.
Manager I will have a management level of 5 and above and have responsibility for a local area or 1 country. Budget responsibility is moderate along with decision impact. Candidate will have 1+ years of experience.
Area 1 Manages Department personnel globally, regionally, or locally.
Area 2 Manages people and daily operations; clearly define strategy for his/her team.
Area 3 Train and develop talent to achieve organization goals.

Work Experence
