BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSME required; MSME a plus.
  • 1+ years of internship or professional hands-on mechanical design experience with increasing design/project responsibility.
  • Proficiency with general ME CAD tools: SolidWorks, NX, Pro/E, or Creo.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Flexibility and drive to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced work environments.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Adept at generating test plans, running tests, and collecting data.
  • Good understanding of basic mechanics and machine design.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with and a desire to gain expertise in automation or product development processes from concept to production.
  • Experience with and a desire to gain expertise in designing injection molded, MIM, and sheet metal parts.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $69,000 - $81,000
