Benefits Fund Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Benefit Fund Manager in Laurel, MD!

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related roles.
• Union benefits knowledge or industry experience preferred.
• Financial administration or budgeting background.
• Light managerial experience
• Great communication and project management acumen.
• Experience working with directors and C-Suite individuals
• Experience preparing reports, providing documentation, and working with clients.

Day to Day:

• Monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding.
• Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds.
• Managing projects alongside directors and president of the company.
• Attending director meetings and providing project updates.
• Preparing reports for directors, attorneys, and clients on a weekly basis.
• Supervising other senior professionals in Laurel office in case of questions or concerns.
• Administrative tasks such as emailing, phone support, data entry, and contract handling as needed.

Compensation:

$60,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary
