Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative Position:
Collaborate with clients to comprehend their products, services, and target audiences in order to develop tailored customer engagement and sales strategies
Identify potential customers through direct residential outreach initiatives
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their questions and concerns
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, interactions, and sales progress
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with broader company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development
Prepare and present regular reports to clients, showcasing the effectiveness and impact of customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
Business Development Representative Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
At least 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service-based roles
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the specific industry or market your clients operate in is a plus
