Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chemistry Account Manager in New Jersey. The Chemistry Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts within the chemistry industry. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting Waters Corporation's products and services, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, and providing technical support and training to clients. The Chemistry Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management and sales within the chemistry industry
Strong knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry, and thermal analysis technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and address customer needs and requirements
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel to meet with clients
