We are seeking a Cloud Messaging Engineer for one of our clients
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for Cloud messaging services leveraging Office 365.
Provide administration, support, and configuration of Office 365.
Create, enable, disable, and troubleshoot distribution and Security Groups via Directory Resource Administration/Active Directory/Exchange Management Console PowerShell.
Create Mailboxes via Exchange Manage Console PowerShell and Azure PowerShell.
Provide Tier-3 support, including updating the knowledge base of problems, root causes, and resolutions.
Help ensure team performance meets or exceeds defined Service Level Agreements.
Manage email mailboxes, user permissions, groups, and distribution lists.
Troubleshoot mailbox issues, monitor and manage tools, and review and analyze logs.
Develop scripts for automating processes within the environments.
Manage Email Security Appliances (ESA). which includes monitoring and troubleshooting.
Utilize monitoring tools – e.g., SolarWinds and Cloud-based tools.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, but equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
5 years of relevant experience with Cloud messaging.
Deep knowledge of email systems, email security appliances, and other technologies, tools, and platforms.
ITIL Certification is preferred.
Familiarity with technical tools to manage and monitor the infrastructure environment.
