Position Overview
The Coffee Shop Product Specialist at Fortuna Enterprises will be the expert on all things coffee, leveraging extensive product knowledge and industry insights to support and engage our B2B clients. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, gathering and utilizing feedback for continuous improvement, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, always ready to adapt to new challenges and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Maintain an extensive knowledge of coffee, products, and industry trends. Stay updated on the latest products and innovations in the coffee industry.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to provide information about our coffee products and services, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations. Foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback on products and services, and work with the team to make continuous improvements.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as answer and transfer phone calls, maintaining client records, and responding to emails and inquiries.
Flexibility: Be willing to take on new duties and responsibilities as needed.
Teamwork: Work independently and collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience in the coffee industry, with a strong understanding of coffee products, services, and industry trends.
Passionate about coffee and knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, roasting processes, and flavor profiles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients.
Outgoing and friendly personality, with a genuine love for interacting with people.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of professionalism with strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
