Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser located in Matawan, NJ. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, analyzing commercial real estate properties, and performing valuations. The role also includes providing consulting services related to market analysis, project feasibility, and valuation. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser will work closely with clients and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings.

• Experience in appraising and valuing commercial real estate properties
• Strong knowledge of real estate market analysis and trends
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Ability to provide expert testimony in legal proceedings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Economics)
• Certified General Appraisal License
