Compensation Benefits Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute reward programs.
• Lead the administration of company reward plans.
• Manage annual compensation processes (merit review and bonus payout) in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach on reward plan specifics and respond to HR and business inquiries.
• Stay updated on market trends and surveys; review and recommend program changes.
• Manage relationships with third-party administrators for quality service delivery.
• Conduct gender pay gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Global COE, HR, Finance, and Legal to communicate materials, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain job grading and architecture; draft job descriptions and perform job analyses.
• Guide Regional C&B Managers and Local HR on job architecture and leveling.
• Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and senior leadership roles.
• Understanding of job evaluation and analysis systems (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay).
• Strong MS Office Suite skills, with expertise in Excel and analytics.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting and leading global compensation initiatives.
