General Function

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Director of Process Improvement to drive the transformation and optimization of our core business processes. This leadership role involves strategizing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong background in project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of workstream professionals focused on all aspects of Operations and Supply Chain processes.
  • Perform high-level analysis and present solutions/design recommendations for major projects, targeting process improvements in operational and supply chain functions.
  • Partner with project sponsors, commercial leads, and internal customers to scope out and clearly document project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans detailing scope and requirements, WBS, schedule, cost analysis, risk management, and quality management plans.
  • Drive transformation initiatives by identifying current gaps, proposing, and developing new capabilities to continuously improve customer experience and meet business needs in Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Report on project progress in a clear, consistent, and concise manner to the leadership team.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Clarify, document, and escalate issues to ensure smooth and timely resolution as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in Business Process Management roles within Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and/or Operations for mid-size to large multinational companies.
  • Project Management: 5+ years of managing medium to complex BPM projects with a proven track record in effective planning and execution preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard software applications (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint) and BPM tools (SQL, Report Builder, BPM software).
  • Prior experience managing large BPM project teams required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the medical devices or optical industry highly regarded.
  • Certifications: Common certifications for BPM leaders preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading global business process management initiatives in supply chain, finance, or IT systems required.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
