Data Entry

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into various computer systems and databases from various sources including paper documents, emails, and online forms.
  • Maintain and update records in databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily retrievable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection and privacy policies.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure data needs are met and support overall organizational objectives.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required, such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or a related field are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software. Familiarity with database management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
