Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Verification:
Accurately enter and verify bank information in our system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms.
Software Utilization
Use Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Utilize Salesforce for managing and updating customer information.
Communicate effectively through Outlook for internal and external correspondence.
Language Skills
Communicate fluently in French for both written and verbal communication.
Translate documents and correspondence as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions.
Experience with Salesforce for data management.
Competence in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention To Detail
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
