Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within our systems. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, supporting various business functions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities Input and update data into databases accurately and efficiently Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors Create and maintain spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting purposes Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity Generate reports and summaries based on specific data requirements Maintain confidentiality and security of data at all times Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in data entry or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
