Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company database Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness Follow company data entry procedures and protocols Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: $3500 to $3955 per month.
