  • Use proficiency in Coding Invoices to classify expenses accurately.
  • Execute Data Entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is inputted correctly.
  • Handle Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are accounted for and paid promptly.
  • Regularly review and update existing data as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to data-related queries and issues.
  • Use typing skills to quickly and accurately input data.
  • Work well collaboratively with other team members and be able to work independently.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies in data entries.
