The firm provides strategic advice and solutions for corporations, governments, and financial sponsors, specializing in M&As, recapitalizations, restructurings, capital markets transactions, and other corporate finance matters.


Position Overview

The Business Management team is seeking a full-time Data Steward to support new business review committee operations and manage day-to-day data activities. The Business Management function covers strategy and development, franchise management, banker resource management, reporting and analysis, and business data management. This role offers valuable insight into Investment Banking operations through participation in transaction opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining the CRM database and processing transaction-related data updates.

Location and Compensation

  • Based in New York City with remote flexibility on Fridays
  • Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
  • Discretionary bonus


Responsibilities

Support New Business Review Committee Operations:

  • Attend new business review calls, update deal records, and ensure submission materials are accurate
  • Direct new business calls as needed and update deal records

Day-to-Day Data Management:

  • Manage the shared data inbox and enforce data management policies
  • Assist with new deal and company creation processes, and deal closure procedures
  • Process engagement letters and internal transaction announcements
  • Handle ad hoc data updates and projects


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interest in Investment Banking Advisory
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and hardworking
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
