Data Specialist

As a Data Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with Analysts to prepare and manipulate data from various sources, including Excel, Access, and SQL. You'll translate report requirements into actional insights, create reports and dashboard using analytic tools, and ensure data integrity through rigorous quality assurance.

What will you do?

• Partner with Analysts in data preparation and manipulation.
• Utilize Excel, Access, SQL, and other data sources to modify and update tables and queries.
• Translate report requirements into actionable insights and analysis.
• Create reports and dashboard using analytics tools and software.
• Generate data-driven insights and presentations leveraging descriptive analytics.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as per clients' requests.
• Perform complex analysis and problem-solving tasks under pressure.
• Word independently within guidelines, seeking assistance when necessary.
• Review data and conduct quality assurance to ensure data integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using SQL for analysis in relational databases preferred.
• Experience in data management, emphasizing data validation from multiple systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is preferred.
• History of providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
