Data Sr Analyst

What You'll Do

Data Sr. Analyst develops and provides data assessment, management, and reporting solutions to support peers and partners in analyzing and resolving business questions. You will apply software best practices for content development, data structuring, troubleshooting calculations, and user-friendly access and usability. You will also work with users and user groups on roadmap construction and reporting. Supports organizational efforts to solve problems and inform decision-making through innovation, collaboration, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides data analysis services across multiple products and business or organizational areas.
  • Interacts with business leaders to understand key objectives and concerns.
  • Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting.
  • Supports efforts to distill massive amounts of complicated data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Constructs predictive models, algorithms, and probability engines.
  • Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
  • Monitors reports and data availabilities and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.
  • Drives successful projects by providing action-oriented analyses and a data-driven approach.
  • Writes, maintains, and updates SQL queries in response to questions from internal customers.
  • Utilizes reporting and visualization tools to visualize data analysis results and present them to leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Skilled in working with SQL
  • Skilled in using languages for data analysis (i.e., Python and R)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Strong skills using visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Experience working with SQL on Relational Databases (i.e., Snowflake and Oracle)
  • Experience working with large-scale disparate datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
  • 4+ years of working experience.

USD 85,600.00 - 128,500.00 per year

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $85,600.00 - $128,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
