What We're Doing
As the Black Hawk Multi-Year XI (MY XI) Deputy Capture Manager, you will help drive a collaborative effort with our customer to shape scope and contractual approaches and accelerate contract award to address critical Army operational and Sikorsky business imperatives.
THE WORK
Key Responsibilities Include
Help manage the capture and proposal process from concept to contract award
Volume Lead for Multi-Year Business Case Analysis and lead point of contact to work with CAPE to support analysis
Participate as capture point of contact to identify and remove obstacles facing the Material Cost Estimating and Supply Chain elements of our capture team
Lead cross-functional team to ensure all customer Requests for Information are completed and delivered on time
Support capture administration through team communications, New Business Fund management, reporting, action management, and color team reviews
Solicit and incorporate lessons from prior contracts
Coordinate with business development, government
affairs, and our team on political engagement campaign
Coordinate with Black Hawk Modernization campaign to align on engineering change opportunities
Key member of negotiation team
