About PrescriberPoint

PrescriberPoint is a Series A ($15M) start up, incubated by BCG Digital Ventures and funded by Lilly, Pfizer, Master Card and Adobe. It’s a resource designed for U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs) to streamline the process of prescribing medication, materially reducing time and anxieties for both HCPs and patients. The platform consists of 35,000 medication microsites, each boasting a wealth of information, including dosage, label details, and drug interactions, with AI search support. Current tools include coverage assistance, patient affordability and education information, and a samples store.

Position Details

PrescriberPoint is hiring highly-motivated, growth-minded Sales & Business Development Representatives to expand our user community of HCPs. Their overarching responsibility is to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with influencers and decision-makers within health systems and practices: doctors, nurses, medical assistants, practice managers and other therapeutic and financial specialists. This is a greenfield opportunity. As we grow and expand our products and markets, you will have the opportunity to grow and scale as well.

In This Role You Will

  • Become knowledgeable about PrescriberPoint’s core platform that enables HCP’s to choose and prescribe the most accessible and affordable therapeutics for their patients
  • Develop strategies to introduce PrescriberPoint’s value proposition and vision
  • Creatively build and nurture pipelines to identify and contact prospective customers. Maintain call activity of 40-50 calls/day from our extensive target lists. Set up and conduct meetings and demonstrations of our platform.
  • Develop and continuously improve the narrative that captures the attention of HCP’s who lack adequate systems and support. Leverage an understanding of their needs, priorities and challenges to build relationships.
  • Partner with our Marketing and Product teams to maximize engagement, conversion to our platform, and commitment.
  • Be reducing the 20% of HCP’s time currently being spent on getting patients on therapies, while simultaneously decreasing patients’ anxiety of not knowing if they’ll qualify, and the timespan of accompanying pain

Requirements

  • Prior experience working for pharmcos and/or software vendors servicing HCPs
  • Intimately understands and can demonstrate all aspects of our platform's features and benefits. Can speak directly to product weaknesses. Understands how our product compares to direct and indirect competitors. Can quickly absorb and communicate platform upgrades and new product introductions.
  • Can professionally communicate with a wide range of influencers and decision-makers verbally, using the written word, and via video Can easily break down and present complex topics. Effectively generates and uses story-telling to convey key messages.
  • Employs a variety of mechanisms with the range of influencers and decision makers including active listening, empathy, and information gathering to establish, close, and grow lasting relationships that can generate high referral/NPS scores. Successful track record making 40-50 calls/day to generate leads, scheduling meetings or calls to schedule demo’s, follow up for user feedback, etc.
  • Uses tools to effectively stay ahead of their workload and optimally manage their time. Embraces and leverages our CRM platform's functionalities in a timely manner that allows seamless transitions or substitution as needed.
  • Effectively works with our Marketing and Product teams to maximize engagement, and conversion and commitment to our platform.
  • Be it solving problems, dealing with objections, working the pipeline, or developing ingenious ways to penetrate new accounts and maintain and build relationships, innovation is the name of our game.

Compensation: This salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus.
