Jobot is a staffing and consulting firm that combines the latest in AI technology with our custom software, Jax, and partners it with Jobot Pros (experienced recruiters) to fill jobs and provide incredible service to our clients and candidates in the process.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job

• 3+ years of learning and development experience in a management/senior leadership capacity
• Experience designing training strategies in alignment with business objectives
• Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field is a plus
  
  

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job

• Determine learning + development opportunities across our organization in areas such as IT/software, sales/client development, and leadership skills
• Partner with our talented Jobot Family to learn best practices, skills, and industry knowledge/expertise
• Create + implement training curriculum across multiple platforms such as in-person, virtual, modules, etc.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate program successes and areas of improvement

• Excellent researcher and relationship builder with an ability to crowdsource information from top performers
• Analytical and strategic thinker, acting as a partner to Senior Leadership in designing training content
• Dynamic facilitator who is skilled at breaking down information into digestible and implementable learning material

As a member of the Guardians of the Bots, or Jobot’s Operations Team, you will be working behind the scenes to create some magic alongside our Founder and CEO, Heidi Golledge. Together, we join forces to make the world go round at Jobot.

Where?

This role follows our hybrid schedule Monday - Thursday in office in Newport Beach, CA at our beautiful Jobot House! Jobot operates on a 9/80 schedule, meaning we get every other Friday off!
