Provide leadership, direction, technical expertise and training as necessary to carry out each business unit’s mission to provide care and services to the populations served.

Works closely with all departmental Leadership to communicate, monitor, train, obtain and ensure licensure and enrollments in a manner consistent with corporate policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws as they pertain to regulatory standards.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develops, maintains and coordinates a comprehensive licensing program as well as maintenance of all state and federal required enrollments.
  • Track and evaluate governmental (FDA, DEA, etc), State Board of Pharmacy, Department of Health and Nursing regulations and their impact relative to the current and future business.
  • Interacts effectively with Pentec Leadership Team, confers with senior management/executive team and contributes to the continued growth and success of the company through innovative thinking, planning and implementation of new concepts, products and services.
  • Ensures compliance with reporting requirements for all state and federal regulatory bodies.
  • Maintains Provider Enrollment with Government Payors
    • Medicare PECOS site management for all divisions
    • NPI, NPCDP and SAM (TriCare/VA) registrations for all divisions
    • State Medicaid-New applications and Re-credentialing
    • Maintaining and filing new applications for DME licensure where needed
  • Maintains Home Health Licenses as well as develops new applications where needed
    • Nursing Administrator changes for Home Health Licenses
  • Responsible for overseeing all Pharmacy license renewals for 2 pharmacies for all 50 states along with all necessary Controlled Substance licenses and any Sterile Compounding Certificates needed
    • Pharmacist in Charge reciprocations and licensing
  • Maintain all Annual Business and Secretary of State Filings for Pentec Health and its affiliates
  • Oversee Prescription Drug Monitoring Reporting to all 50 states every day
  • Maintain FDA food facility license
  • Maintain state licenses for healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists and dietitians.
  • Secure and maintain Wholesale distributor licenses/permits for medical foods business
  • Participates in the selection, training, professional growth and development and supervision, inclusive of performance evaluations in accordance with HR policy
Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree *Required
  • Minimum of two to five years supervisory experience as Director or Manager in Healthcare environment, demonstrating expert skills and successful results in all phases of regulatory interactions with federal and state agencies.*Required
  • Highly motivated with excellent team building skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, supervise and effectively manage pharmacy, technical and other support staff
  • Excellent project management ability as well as organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisions
  • Strong tactical implementation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in licensing and regulatory environment

Salary Range: $110,000- $125,000 annual

Pentec Health offers a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package. Actual pay will be based on several factors such as qualifications and skills for the role plus geographic location.
