Director of Real Estate Development to $165K!

Our client, a fitness franchise, is seeking a full-time Director of Development to oversee Real Estate Construction. The Director of Development will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new sites for new clubs and relocations and will negotiate all leases and LOIs. Specific responsibilities will include managing and tracking all deals, managing a network of real estate brokers and developers, managing a portfolio to maximize membership growth, and own reporting and demographics reviews. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 6+ years of retail commercial lease negotiating experience and 5+ years within multi-unit QSR or retailer negotiating new locations.
