Olive Recruiting is looking for a Director of Talent Management for our global client in Charlotte, NC. This position will lead the strategy and programming of talent management and leadership development across the Americas Region. In alignment with the Talent strategy, it will design and implement programs related to succession planning, high potential programs, leadership development and team/organizational development.
Responsibilities
Design, lead, execute and evolve the Talent Management strategy across the region, focused on succession planning, leadership development, high potential programs, and team/organizational development
Establish a regional leadership development framework, focused on building leaders from interns to senior leaders, and create relevant programming
Establish a high potential philosophy, framework, and relevant programming
Introduce regional talent pools to support critical roles
Deploy succession planning and people review processes across the region, partnering closely with each country to gather local requirements and market needs
Introduce team development framework to create high performing teams across the region
Create talent data strategy to measure impact of talent programs and provide relevant metrics to leadership teams
Partner with Global Hub on alignment with global strategy to ensure regional needs and priorities are considered and integrated
Introduce best practices in the Talent Management spaces as appropriate
Partner with Country HR Leaders and key stakeholders to determine local program augmentations and gather feedback for regional programs
Responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Talent Management space
Prior experience with talent management programs
Prior experience working with multiple geographies and business units
Fluency in Spanish preferred
