Pocket Ledge is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Orlando, FL. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities Manage and organize executives' schedules and appointments. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Perform general office duties and support special projects. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment. Discretion and confidentiality.
